yuri on ice – I am Terra

I am so torn up over JJ right now… I ended up imagining him singing his own theme song to himself afterwards, hoping it would cheer him up and give him strength only to break down and cry. And now I’m more sad than before about this poor child.

Guess who got into Yuri On Ice? Yeah, it’s me.
But I was tempted to just straight up ignore it because that’s all my dashboard has been lately but my old secret fondness for figure skating combined with animation suckered me into at least trying the first episode- only for me to catch up in one go.

I see a lot of Marik in Yuri Plisetsky and I want to see more but oddly enough, if I had to pick a fav… it would be Leo de la Iglesia THEN Yuri Plisetsky. Leo’s performance to Still Alive just… Made me think of my kid self and how music is such a good motivator.

But yeah. I wanted to see Marik as Yuri when I saw him scream out “That shithead!” while still preforming.
