Let’s play a game!

My birthday is May 17th.

So that means I am “found by Tea”? I have no idea what that means, and I don’t think I ever will found out…

My B-Day is May 18th and according to this chart, I’m found by Mokuba.

I’m not even sure if this is a good or bad thing.

My loyal servant s the Dark Magicain. Yes.

March first
I win the tournament by beating Yugi

KING OF GAMES, BITCH

Shit

watched the world burn with… serenity

dayum

Win the tournament by defeating yami bakura …

Ahh crap

WATCH THE WORLD BURN WITH YAMI MARIK! -screams of joy-

I have this weird head canon that Marik (Yami Malik) really enjoys bouncy songs and pop in general. I like to picture him with headphones on and a straight face as he listens to something like Oh No! by Marina and The Diamonds and everyone else just thinks it’s something incredibly dark and heavy till one day it comes on the radio and he just sings along thinking no one is around.

I think I’m the only person who really likes that Malik’s father was an abusive asshole. I feel like Malik actually loved that man but at the same time truly hates him as well. And I am glad to see it if only because I can relate to it so hard.
…I also laughed uncontrollably when Marik come out and murdered that man because I wanted to do the same thing but never could bring myself to do it, which was/is for the best.

Yeah. Random thoughts to have on Fathers Day. Woot.

I wish Bakura had possessed Mokuba during Duelist Kingdom. It would have been so amusing to see him parade about as a 4′6″ kid instead of a 5′7″ teen.
It would have been even more amusing once Yugi and Yami won against Pegasus only for Mokuba to return to his body.

Imagine when Seto comes to and takes him home. ‘Mokuba’ acting more like his Season Zero self and trying to torture/murder Yugi at some point only for Seto to see the Ring and realize it has something to do with that stupid friendship cult and takes it from him. Naturally there is a bit of a fight over it but Seto is just stronger and more combat ready then his brother could ever be, possessed or not. He keeps the Ring in his office only to pick it up and glare at it.

Imagine the Ring fucking trying to murder Seto- because the items actually choose their hosts! The prongs embedded in the elder Kaiba brother’s wrist and draining him of life till Bakura realizes Seto would make a far superior host!

He manages to posses Kaiba and they immediately go off to challenge Yugi to another duel. Bakura is about to win and Seto just fucking takes over and denies him victory because HE is the only person allowed to beat Yugi!

I just- yeah… It would have made a great AU of some kind.

Imagine a world where Pegasus isn’t there when Cyndia dies.
Because his father tells him things like “you can’t miss another meeting because of her” “she’d want you to go” “she has the best damn doctors in the world nothing will happen while you’re gone for fifteen minutes”

So begrudgingly he goes and promises his sweet gentle love that he’ll be back in less than a half hour. Okay? …okay..

And the meeting takes longer than it’s supposed to. And Pegasus’ phone rings and all the older businessmen grumble about how unprofessional that is and he gets up and walks to the other side of the room and his father follows him
and the doctors leave a silence hanging and then “she’s gone… we’re so sorry we-” but everything else that comes out of their mouth is nothing more than muffled garbage as the world kind of goes a bit dark on Pegasus

and his father grabs him by the shoulder intending to tell him to get back to the meeting YOU’RE EMBARRASSING ME BOY

and Pegasus’ arm snaps out and takes a hold of his father’s throat in one moment of blind rage and really squeezes
you never approved of her
how she let me be who I wanted
of me
of my dreams
this is all your FAULT

he levels probably the last look he and his father ever share as the man is gasping for air in a grip that should be too strong for the boy who chased dreams of being an artist- and then Pegasus lets him go, lets him fall to the floor running after his breath and making threats while all the other men in the room shrink back in fear
and Pegasus leaves and goes to Cyndia’s bedside and begs for forgiveness that he knows he’ll never get because she’s already gone

imagine that world

Okay but imagine Marik Ishtar’s face when his child tells him they want a tattoo like “Daddy and Uncle Rishid.”

I made it worse for myself since they were scars and imagined the little one attempting to carve something similar into their own flesh but Rishid walked in and gently took the knife away before attempting to explain the meaning behind their markings…

But gods- tattoos is still sad. Just… No baby… No…

I kind of want an Yu-Gi-Oh! AU where all the yamis and hikaris have their own bodies and are having a game night at Ryou’s. That have played all sorts of games together over the years but this is the first time they have all agreed to play D&D.
Ryou is the DM and everyone else makes characters that happen to be similar to themselves. Each one having different alingments they feel they can relate to or just think would be fun to play as.
Yami takes Chaotic Good.
Yugi is Nutral Good.
Malik takes Chaotic Nutral.
Bakura takes Nutral Evil.
And evenyone just stares at Marik’s sheet as he had written Lawful Good on it.
Some of them laugh, others roll their eyes, and Ryou just smiles polity.
No one believes Marik can even pretend to play the role of a Lawful Good character. Ryou isn’t even sure but to be fair he just wants to go the game going and is curious to see how each of the players will take their roles in this world he has made.
Time goes on and everyone has played their parts rather well till they go up against an enemy that has beaten the gang and tossed them around like a bunch of ragdolls. Surely they know they can not win this fight. It has been fairly one sided and they are meant to regrope and fight his foe later.
…Then Marik does something no one saw coming. He prays to his god and attacks. Natural twenty. The fight goes on. Marik disarms the villain and instead of going for the killing blow like everyone assumes he will do, he picks up the fallen weapon and tosses it back to them. It’s not a fair fight if they aren’t armed and his alignment refuses to allow him to strike a unarmed enemy. Besides, what fun is there is the villain does not struggle for his last breath?
Instead of fighting further, Ryou has the villain take his weapon and vanish.
The party is dumbfounded. Marik isn’t playing as they expected him to. He’s nothing like his character and yet he is playing honorably? What madness is this?
The game is continued at a later point in time. Everyone curious as to what will happen next but none of them say anything to Marik as he reveals that he is actually pretty decent at getting into the mindset of a Lawful Good character.
This same campaign has gone on for a month now and while they party has had it’s rough spots, they managed to stick together and defeat whatever Ryou threw their way. After all, it’s no fun if they don’t get attached to their characters before you kill them off…

Eh, anyway… Maybe I’m just being weird. I just really like the idea of Marik seeing himself as the good guy doing things for ‘the greater good’ even if that means having to get his hands filthy with blood so the ‘bad guys’ suffer and get their just desserts but I’m a sap for that kind of nonsense.
