Ryou looks precious and so at peace. I hope Mariku likes it and just half watches him from a distance. (Picture him standing in the bushes to the side, not crouching so he can justify himself as not creeping or stalking but he’s damn close.) Then later in life, when they get together and he sees Ryou reminiscing on the old tea set his father sill has at his place Mariku feels bad because the bit of light Ryou usually gives off when enjoying a fresh pot of tea isn’t the same when he’s using one of their chipped and plain coffee mugs. So he goes out and gets him a present. He is unable to wait till a special event such as a birthday, holiday, or even the anniversary of when they first got together in secret back in their school days. Mariku hands him a fair sized box with stripped wrapping on it because as much of a fashion sin strips are in his eyes, no one can make them seem holy like Ryou can. So he watches, hoping he didn’t fuck it all up, in anticipation. Worrying silence. Does… Does Ryou not like it? Was it too soon? Ryou moves the box aside and looks over to Mariku whom is sitting beside him but at an angle so he can read the other’s face. He still can’t tell though and feels foolish now. But that fear fades away when he feels lips on his cheek and hears the soft ‘thank you’ to follow. ‘It’s perfect.’

He is so grumpy and almost embarrassed as if he somehow woke up after a long night of drinking and in the dark grabbed whatever was the first shirt he could find, tugged it on, then went out and as he sobered up realized what he was wearing!! AHHH- I love it!
When you look like a sinnamon roll but are really a cinnamon roll but it’s all good~ Malik probably thinks it was his other half coming back in a new form to get him but then there be him and sweet Polyphemus getting along~ It’s a trap! Dear lord, don’t let him too close to you Polyphemus!

Practiced drawing Mariku today, sometimes I feel like I don’t give justice to his appearance because I don’t often portray him in his axe crazy mode lmao.
The bottom left is my fav of all these charming drawings because the little, precious, ball of rage needs sleep~ And that could either be a blanket or is totally his cape and neither would surprise me.
I sincerely hope he makes weird faces if there is ever a Picture Day in the school AU either because he is too livid to make any other face or even if it is just to freak out the camera person.
