There’s going to be a time Bakura does something minorly evil and Zorc will start to be impressed like FINALLY but then there with be a loud explosion and Ishizu busts into the room covered in soot and glares at Bakura.
“Not a word!” she insists as she storms her way to the restroom to wash up.
Bakura and Zorc decide to lean to the side and see what happened outside. The bush is on fire. The car is missing a door for some reason. Mariku is laughing his ass off and holding a can of hairspray and a lighter. He had just discovered how to make his own flamethrower and Rishid is trying his best to defuse the situation AKA get the lighter away from him.
Zorc looks back to Bakura. Oh how Bakura’s chaotic nature pales in comparison. He looks back to Mariku with admiration in his red glowing eyes.
Bakura sees this and is pissed. Okay, Mariku. It is on. He tries to laugh deviously but chokes on his own spit and begins to cough.
You can’t tell me this guy didn’t make some kind of appearance before Battle City.

There’s something about Y.Marik being in the school that I enjoy this scenario. Like, not as a student, but him just roaming around in the shadows. Maybe making some pranks, steal stuff from lockers, put weird stuff on lockers, things like that.

the most unrealistic thing about yu-gi-oh! is the friendships, honestly. like i’m supposed to believe anzu and yuugi have known each other since childhood, but neither one insults the other on a regular basis????? atem and yuugi share a mind, but they never threaten each other with knives???
