Snuff Out The Light-Unreleased song from The Emperor’s New Groove

 A long time ago, the Emperor’s New Groove was called “Empire Of The Sun”. I don’t know how vastly different the story was from the final (probably a lot). Music was also made but never appeared in the movie. Thankfully, it did have a life in the official soundtrack.

This is probably one of my fave villain songs from any Disney movie, but never animated! Ah, how I wish storyboards from that segment could see the light of day…one day.

Unreleased Disney music is to me what the Holy Grail was to Henry Jones Sr. This is a particularly kick-ass example, too! (Although I think the movie was called Kingdom in the Sun, if we’re to believe that ex-Disney lecturer we had visiting our college about a year ago. It featured a love interest and another Sting song.)

Little prankster

Terra is such a strange little person.

So, at work there was a Twilight display for the first part of the last movie, sitting in the backroom waiting to be torn down and tossed out when an idea struck me in the face like a purse with a brick in it. Why not cut Edward and Jacob out and make them look gay? Yeah- then we can stick it to Rob’s door! So i tore the display apart, tossed most of it and snatched two pieces of it with the two male love interest of Bella and took them home. there I proceeded to cut them out and arrange them quite nicely by one another and taped them in place. Then I slipped over to my neighbor, Rob’s, and taped them to his door. Gods, they are such large cutouts. I just hope he knows it is from me and finds it funny or at least WTF worthy.
