OK… I very tentatively put this up here. My voice is not at its best right now because… Well, frankly, this song is a bitch to sing and I don’t have a wispy little girl’s voice like Carly does, but this is my version of, “Call Me Maybe,” but instead, it’s based on our wonderfully amazing God of Mischief, Loki Laufeyson. I was gonna make a video with, like, clips from the movie and shit, but that’s time consuming. So, yeah! Here it is!

   He wanted to be around someone. Anyone would do but in the end he knew there was no point to it at all. The only way for him to gain what he so rightfully craved would be to give something in return. Love can never be achieved without some great sacrifice. But what had he to give other then despair?  

   So he remained in the shadows that failed to comfort him. It’s cool embrace not enough to sedate his hunger for companionship. It was maddening but no one cared enough to see it. Nobody saw how the loneliness of his heart was festering into something greater which he could not contain. Not even Thor had paid him any attention.

   So he lied. He lied about his feelings to help himself cope with his deadening heart. But the greatest lie he ever told was to himself. That someone like him could ever be loved when he was such a flawed creature…

I can’t believe ADV did this. Aniplex also took on the project and kept it to the original. I don’t honestly want to support this crap. I honestly think this sort of adlib entertainment needs to stay free and open and preferably someplace like YouTube, not sold at someone else’s expense. If you want to support the original, go buy the Aniplex dub that doesn’t gut the dialogue for this nonsense. I admit, it is hilarious hilarious nonsense, but it’s also just sad that they went and did this and then feel they get to sell it without labeling it as the clear parody of the original that it is.

I have a terrible desire to watch this.
