I don’t understand -Bronzeshipping-

I don’t understand why everything happened the way it did.
I did everything your heart had desired.
I did all the dirty work that you couldn’t.
Everything I did, I did for you.
Yet when it was time for you to play your role, you rejected it all suddenly.
You were with a change of heart.
And for the first time ever, I was betrayed.
I trusted everything you believed in up to that point.
I, who was born out of your hatred and misery, did everything for you.
But you turned your back on me.
On everything we both stood for.
That was when I realized you were nothing without me.
I would do what you couldn’t.
I would avenge us both when you wouldn’t.
But when the time came, you stopped me.
You forfeited.
Everything I had done had become all for nothing.
All those lives I’ve ruined, for nothing.
You betrayed me.
You betrayed yourself.
And the worst part is…
I don’t understand why.

_____________

I am in a very angesty Bronzeshipping mood.
I also love the idea of Marik being confused and pissed off on why Malik would suddenly change his mind on getting revenge when they were both so close to getting it. But maybe that’s just how I interpret Marik’s side of things…
