I’ll admit, Marik is usually the more dominate one of the two in my head thanks to his physical strength and natural cunning- but I sometimes switch it up since Ryou himself can be quite manipulative.
Currently, I’ve had this idea that Ryou found out about Marik and his terrible games that he placed his friend into and decided to get revenge on him. (A small bit of Bakura still left in him, giving him the advice) So upon meeting the crazy Ishtar from a distance, Ryou follows him and gets to learn more about him, figuring out his kinks and daily activities to use them against him before pulling off his own Game of Darkness. A deliciously messed up form of torture that gets rather bloody with Ryou questioning his own sanity by the end since Marik kind of turned him into a mini clone. XD
